Meet David,a 5-years old born of a single teenage mum. David was born with neonatal jaundice which later led to brain damage.As a result to that,he was later diagnosed of cerebral palsy .thus,leading to mobility impairment, speech impairment.David is completely dependent on family since he's unable to do anything on his own.he still uses diapers and is still being fed assistedly. David needs help with diapers,food,school,medications, physiotherapy among others
