EYOLE ALAIN FOUNDATION (EYAF) with motto (Ability in disability) The organization herein after referred to as “The foundation” was created as a nonprofit organization in the social welfare, education and economic domain, organized and functions in accordance with the December 1990 law on freedom of association/foundation and the present statute.The registered office of the foundation is located in Great Soppo Buea, Southwest Region of Cameroon.The foundation plays a crucial role in improving the lives of children with disabilities in Africa
Mission; Eyole Alain Foundation has as mission to bring resilience as well as emotional, physical and mental health to children living with disabilities, meet needs, and expand opportunities for these children to explore their full abilities.
Vision; Our Vision is to create an environment which will nurture, protect, educate, support and provide for children especially those living with any kind of disability from their childhood through adolescent to become productive.
Organizational activities and Values
The foundation may only carry out activities that fall in line with its mission and vision . The activities of the foundation may include but not limited to the following;

To advocate for their inclusion into the society, change myths and mindsets that limit their opportunities
To train and educate their care givers (biological parents, foster parents, adoptive parents, healthcare providers, care givers, special education needs teachers) to focus on the children’s abilities and not disabilities.
To address the needs and stigma of children with disabilities by introducing activities to help in motor coordination and motor strengthening.
To work with experts and build/establish/assist in a center which will provide rehabilitation, physiotherapies, occupational therapy and speech therapy to children with disabilities.
To engage in community development programs by being active in development and humanitarian response to support vulnerable children towards realizing their all-round well-being.
We work to advocate for an enforce laws and policies that protect the rights of children with disabilities, including their right to education, healthcare, and equal opportunities.
We also engage with local communities to raise awareness about the needs of children with disabilities and to promote inclusive practices in schools, workplaces, and other public spaces.
The foundation conducts research and collects data to better understand the needs and experiences of children with disabilities in Africa.
